I have included members of that rank for staff and donator ranks as well as most of commands available to them

Has access to most commands. Commands excluded include /rank (for above member), /stop and the ability to modify permissions. Has everything Moderator rank has. Must have been a Moderator have been a VERY trusted member of server.

-Has access to ban and kick commands, world edit, world guard, item spawn and can make defaults members. Like an architect with ban and kick commands. Has access to everything Low Moderator and Architect ranks do.
